| Do you think that the NHL will lose fans (overall -- since they may gain some) if they take the fighting out of the sport? |

I Don't think so. I think that fans are more concern about hockey rather than the fight. I agree that fight makes the game little interesting and exciting but I don't think people watch hockey for this. True hockey fans only want to see good game.
